Article 1: object

The consulting and treatment services carried out by Massérénité aim to support anyone wishing to receive aesthetic and relaxation services.

The missions entrusted to Massérénité are governed by these general conditions, supplemented by the specific conditions of the contract or by the provisions resulting from a simple exchange of letters.

Article 2 - APPLICATION OF THE GTC

The signing of the quote or the start of Massérénité's intervention implies the Customer's unreserved or restricted acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which he declares to have read, understood and accepted.

No specific or general purchase condition can, except with the express written consent of both parties, prevail over these GTC.


Article 3 - QUOTES AND INVOICING

Once the Customer's request has been defined, the service request is the subject of a quote, which is valid for 3 months. The services are validated by acceptance of the estimate (mention "Read and approved, good for agreement", date and signature).

Any additional service not specified in the initial estimate is the subject of a new estimate submitted to the customer for acceptance. The payment (total or partial) of the service triggers the start of the mission.

Article 4 - Payment of services

Article 5 - Suspension and cancellation of a service and training

The customer can suspend or end the Massérénité mission by communicating his decision by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In the event of cancellation within 2 calendar days preceding the event, the customer agrees to pay 50% of the amount of the service as compensation and 100% in the event of cancellation within 2 working days or in the event of absence.

Article 6 - Confidentiality

The Massérénité professional is bound by an obligation of discretion concerning the information and documents of which it communicates on a confidential basis, during the course of its mission.

Article 7 - RESPONSIBILITIES

Massérénité is bound by an obligation of means and not of results. Massérénité cannot be held responsible for any financial, commercial or moral damage of any kind for any reason whatsoever following the performance of a service requested by the Customer.

In any event, if Massérénité's liability were to be retained for direct damage, the amount of compensation paid by Massérénité could not exceed the sum paid by the Client for the intervention.

Under no circumstances can a delay in performance result in non-payment of the service.

Article 8 - DATA PROTECTION

The information requested from the Customer is necessary for the performance of the service and for communication purposes. The data is used only by Massérénité.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and its implementing decrees, and, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations, which came into force on May 25, 2018, the Customer has the right to access, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him.
